Video: Recipe – How to Make Gentle DIY Coffee, Brown Sugar & Vitamin-E Exfoliating Scrub

Here’s one of my favorite natural exfoliating recipes to refresh skin on face, hands & body. Many scrubs (including regular, white sugar scrubs) are too rough, because the sugar used can be very sharp (causing skin damage or worse). This gentle scrub, seen in VIDEO BELOW uses coffee and soft brown sugar (smaller, rounder sugar particles) as much gentler exfoliating agents.

I combine this gentle scrub with the Perfect Curve ultrasonic facial brush for an even more relaxing facial, hand or body massage. Coffee is a natural anti-oxidant and also helps increase blood flow to your skin, which helps tighten and tone. Here’s what to do (see video & detailed recipe, below);

For a relaxing massage you can apply this scrub to face, hands and body, using the new ‘Perfect Curve’ organic ultrasonic facial brush

You will need:

  • 4 tablespoons organic coffee
  • 4 tablespoons soft brown sugar
  • 4 capsules vitamin E (capsules or equivalent drops)
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Place organic ground coffee in a bowl. Add soft brown sugar. Add vitamin E drops (if using capsules, open them using knife or clean scissors).

Add extra virgin olive oil and stir for one minute until well-combined. Store in mason or other clean jar. Use once or twice per week with the Perfect Curve Ultrasonic Brush as a relaxing, invigorating skin treatment

You can apply this organic treatment to face, neck hands and other areas using the new ‘Perfect Curve’ ultrasonic facial treatment device for organic treatments (click here for info)
